I am really frustrated at the moment.
I hate:

  • the fact that the cup of coffee I had inteh afternoon is making me nervous
  • I do a lot of research for english, but I can never write it down!
  • Those sneaky, nagging thoughts about my career are coming back
  • my sister is bossy
  • that I am not THAT good at anything.
  • that I cant go hiking on a mountain right now
  • that I am boringboringboring.
  • my room is a mess
  • I can't concentrate on my homework
  • a strong inertia is anchoring me down
  • not accomplished at anything
  • not accomplished at anything
  • at accomplished at anything
  • my ego wants to be groomed.
  • i can't go to the beach, because its too cold and its night time and i dont own any suitable swimwear.
  • coming out of my withdrawn-ness too quickly!!

In my mind, it sounds like you accidentally cut yourself and now you're picking the scabs yet becoming frustrated at the same time :) gotta love how my mind works.

5. Strikes me you're very good at being you. That's one of the most important things to be good at.
