I think that one of my biggest weakness, is not being able to show people that I am disappointed in them, until the point where I am about to erupt like an Icelandic volcano in front of them.

Usually has two possible causes, in my experience.

Your culture has conditioned you to believe that politeness is the whole of the law.

You are a little insecure and fear that the the offending person will either attack or reject you.

The first takes very little work to get rid of, the second rather more so.

Why 'Icelandic' volcano, by the way? Am I wrong in thinking you live in Australia?
